Loading ...I kind of think that deal was in the works as the rebels were advancing. I imagine Vlad said he wanted the port and told them they could deal with him and give Assad asylum or he would make their advance much more difficult with his air power. He probably had a line to Erdogan as well. Turkey is slowly fading from the west.
