Loading ...I think its logical to NOT believe any numbers furnished by the financial media. The Dow SnP numbers? The unemployment numbers? CPI numbers? GDP numbers? Futures contract numbers?
I don’t believe anything, anymore, any how, any way, any time, unless it’s logical and fits with what I know for sure. For example I believe it when they say fake news. I know for sure its not a lie. 🙂
If the media announced we have a “real” unemployment rate of 25% adjusted for inadequate low wages, I would believe that. If the media admitted during the 70s and 80s the real average inflation rate was 7.5% without hedonics and games instead of announcing 2.5% I’d believe that 7.5%.
