That’s probably the least of the worries if you can go back to sleep.  Did you listen to first one? Not just eating and after drinking earlier to prevent heart attacks and strokes and having water handy but not enough to have to get up. But alcohol or drinks with sugar if the isles of langerhan in the  pancreas are activated but insufficient  by the increase of blood sugar  your body will wake you up and want to get rid of it.

Ps he does mention resulting low BS too from the insulin release can also wake you up but not just late meals but sugary drinks, snacks. Why water before sleep is best.
