Sng, am writing to share an update regarding the issues I have been experiencing with my account.
I recently figured out that since the transition from TD Ameritrade to Charles Schwab, my account was somehow associated with an old address from many years ago.
When I spoke with support over the phone, they were unable to explain why the system was not recognizing my current information. Now that I have identified the root of the problem, I am going to have call them to get this resolved.
Aufever I have to say I agree with SNG’s assessment.
