Depending on how the $2,000 tariff dividend is applied it will cost between $280bn to $607bn – that is, the tariff dividend will exceed the revenue. It will ADD to the national debt. I was in manufacturing, so I knew long ago, that you do NOT farm out work that we can do at home. After 1970 all I kept seeing was imported cars, then TVs consumer electronics, shoes and clothing, and tools and everything else killed the living standards here.

Sometimes by looking at the price of gold, I think the whole global financial system is starting to collapse, and all this Trump news is keeping peoples minds occupied to avoid it.
