Loading ...All these restrictions on what you can do would drive me crazy! Sounds like the unions have really got the system in their pocket. I don’t think Americans would stand for these rules but I’d guess it was a creeping sort of restrictions a little here and a little there continuously. You can save a lot of money doing repairs yourself! I hate having to call in a plumber! 🙂
