Loading ...What other reason would there be for your Broker to “loan out” your shares??… And the Broker in this transaction is the biggest beneficiary (is paid the most) by loaning out YOUR shares. What I “see” is that “they”, the short seller and your Broker, have found a “regulation crack” that these “loaned” shares fall into so they can avoid being called naked short and after they have been used to short your stock, they are just returned to your Broker. Easy for me to see but hard to explain! SNG
