I did kinda like the idea he had he got from a country in Europe of employees of manufacturing company having a partial ownership of a company they work. That would not only keep interest in production and sales since their income is also tied to it but the workers would have the right to vote if they want the company to be out- sourced or not. I heard that one back when o-bummer was in office and employees were being forced to train.their replacements. But still the owners choice.
