All subjective but tech talk from 50 to 70 ish. Demand says right supply mines firing up production that takes time and will it be enough down the road. Then the currency not just the dollar.

TI paid dividends totalling $10.4bn in the nine months to September 2025.

I wonder how those dividends were paid? That is, bank transfer? Bitcoin? Physical gold? Funny how they, a company that has always poo-pooed traditional anything, suddenly started buying that most traditional of financial instruments. In Switzerland.

It is described as being based in Germany, its gold operations are in Lugano, Switzerland, iFinex Inc is in the British Virgin Islands (and/or Hong Kong) and Tether International, S.A de C.V. is registered in El Salvador.

The last one is significant because Tether International (TI) is where all the action takes place. It issues the tokens (the Issuer) and controls the assets backing those tokens. The C.V. stands for capital variable, which means that the company can raise capital whenever it likes without having to issue a prospectus or anything. It is audited by the Milan branch of BDO (fifth largest accounting firm worldwide). Whoops!! It is not audited by BDO, because in the small print of IT’s website (and in the large print in BDO’s report) TI states”

“BDO Italia S.p.A. reports that its engagement procedures are conducted in accordance with criteria established by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board for reasonable assurance engagements. This standard requires that it plan and perform the engagement to obtain reasonable assurance whether the relevant Reserves report is free from material misstatement. The reports are limited solely to the Reserves report and the corresponding total assets and total liabilities as of a specific date.  Further information on procedures is contained in the Reserves reports.”

“reasonable assurance engagements” is definitely not an audit. It’s not even a review.

Actually, having gone through this, why would you own Tether at all? It’s not an investment if it’s only ever worth $1. It says makes large profits, but nowhere can I find who owns iFinex, the parent company of TI. Who is benefitting from these billions of dollars?

Curiously El Salvador used to tax companies at 30% on global income. Since TI moved there, it only taxes companies on local profits (presumably there aren’t many El Salvadorian companies making much money outside the country), but as TI is based in ES, and makes its money from trading USTs, Bitcoin, Gold etc., all that would be local income?

So Tether appears to be a company, based in El Salvador, having its accounts assured by Italians, owned by a BVI company whose owners are unknown, making unverifiable billions of profits with unverifiable hundreds of billions of assets. And that’s without going down the rabbit holes of money laundering and other dubious activities that litter the internet.

I for one, recognize all the time, effort, and dedication you have invested in this site to keep it purring along….and over the past many years we have lost too many members who took that “elevator to a better place”….and are now watching as we play out our own game we call life. I believe we all came “here” for a reason, some of us to teach and others of us to learn….so we not only need to listen as students, we also need to express and exchange our thoughts and ideas.

Now there’s another area the paper traders are going to worry about next. Now seeing the mass demand behind it and may not even be relevant now, the 50 ish.

As far as CK we shouldn’t let anyone slander and distract from keeping his memory in his purpose or words of truth the left so hated, with distraction from those issues. And still where’s that going?

Sng is not stupid, smarter than a lot of people but he might get mad when I say this but don’t know any other way to explain it other than having the kind of brothers always in trouble for say difference in opinion.  Have you ever had a dog and the best dog and also a good watch dog but in the process scared everyone else away too and you have a hard time trying to get them to understnd which ones to scare off and which ones you don’t need to. Men seem to be more on the pessimist side,the glass half empty some just a little more than others, maybe because of life’s experiences affects how you perceive things.

When I saw that I was again logged on I asked Ipso if he had put me back on and he said he knew nothing about it. Then I though YOU must have had a change of heart and reinstated me, so when I found I was again able to post, I did. Now I know it was my/our “Higher Power”!

I have no interest in anything but getting at the truth, no matter what the subject. What I post comes from “something” much deeper/higher than I am. It is because I’m “told” it needs to be said, so I say it. I’ve been told many times in my life I am the luckiest person they ever met. I tell them “good or bad, we make our own luck. Good luck comes with integrity and bad luck comes from dishonesty. We make our own luck!”

All I try to do is expose the truth as I see it….and we have a much “Higher Power” up there who  is always present to help and guide us…if we will just let HIM.

Yep that’s what it was, institutional big money buying with low volume this holiday.  Boy I got flooded with food so wonder I had a stomach ache earlier, like feeding a truck driver meals and I’m not so have dinners for two more days. He also mentioned  China announced China is stopping exports of silver next yr. IMO it appears silver squeeze already in place. All their doing to keep up with demand is causing shortages from one country to another.
