Loading ...What about the wheel, about 4,000 years ago? Bow and arrow, 60,000 years? Timber structures with half lap joint, 476,000 years ago? And surely the technology that had the greatest by far impact upon his beloved wilderness, fire, about a million years ago? I bet there were naysayers for all those inventions too. WH&S would have been invented at the same time as fire ……. “Look at that Ugg!!! You and your fire, all those nut trees burnt to a cinder, and the mammoths high-tailing it over the mountains!”
