I’m not sure what deal they made but since Hamas main job is fighting with Israel which is not doing Gaza any favors, it’s not a organized army but uses surprise random attacks then disappears leaving Gaza citizens to suffer the wrath by a military without a military themselves like sitting ducks what is Hamas going to be doing?
