Loading ...I remember hearing a story about a 15 yr old girl who was followed home from a dance by a large African migrant. It was many years ago. I think it was in France. He knocked her down planned to assault her but he had pepper spray ready and got him with it and escaped. Lawfare which isn’t law or fair charged her for using pepper spray. Apparently it was illegal.
When I was a girl who jogged a lot in the 60s. My Mexican friends showed me how to get the hottest peppers powdered. Put them in a container or plastic to keep with you. That if you are attacked man or beast sweep the peppers across their face aiming for the eyes and nose. Basically someone stole the idea of pepper spray from them. No crime to keep your own spice with you, yet anyways. Might be good to keep on them including subways.
They had one weapon that would make and sexual predator to ever bother anyone again but I’ll keep that one to myself because of a small chance on being used on a innocent person.
