Loading ...I note that Kash Patel seems quite cautious. He’s confirmed that Tyson’s DNA is on the weapon and the towel, and that Tyson had “expressed an interest” in killing Kirk. However, Patel hasn’t said he’s the killer, and having effectively turned himself in, Tyson isn’t co-operating. The first long distance video of the guy on the roof (supposedly Tyson) shows him leaping up and running, not leaping up and stuffing a rifle and scope down his pants. Personally, I can’t imagine jumping off a roof with a rifle preventing me from absorbing impact, and it was quite a drop.
