Oh really, Mr Dirty Money Rich Guy Gates was stealing money from poor tax payers too?
Interesting about Gates
I did notice the other day when Trump talked about RICO charges for Soros, another article came out that Gates was pulling funding from various NGO’s.
I’m glad these criminals are being called out for their crimes. Soros and his son nor any of his entities should not be allowed on U.S. soil. It amazes me how our politicians have sold us out, including RINO’s, to line their pockets. It seems like it really ramped up in the 90’s and Bush/Obama put it on steroids.

Bill Gates was reportedly told he will be charged with RICO if he continues.

Unlike Gold like a store of energy only used as last resort it seems to me crypto is active energy that will be used first as a replacement for the dollar actively. Not exactly the same path as gold but yet something they can’t actively get back as in a paycheck if they use it so I can see in a crash it being used faster than gold. Like if you got it when it was much lower your at less risk than these higher numbers.
GDP better than expected
That’s reason enough for the scum to take gold back below $3400, silver still hanging around $39
Rates have moved a bip higher, but the dollar hasn’t moved much. We might be in good shape if the dollar doesn’t move up from here.
Metals still have plenty of room to run.
Just a matter of time before $3500 and $40 are in the rearview mirror IMHO.
Crypto coming alive for whatever reason, now up 2%.

Wow that sounds good. Did the doctor have a name for that surgery?
So far I can manage the pain but it doesn’t matter what you do, if your just sitting it starts to hurt, you have to move around, and do more than that especially using your back when compensating. Now it’s not just dealing with it but trying to avoid more wear and tear damage. Sometimes supplements help sometimes not much and try to strengthen my back muscles. Your brave to go through all those surgeries. I’m glad it was worth your journey too find you pain is now gone. I haven’t heard anything good about the initial spinal fusion. I’m glad the neurosurgeon could fix the problem. Unfortunately cigarettes seem to help but if not already around don’t go that way just compounds things. Psychological coping thing, happier with it till your not learned from the elders way back.
When a CMT causes over excitement of the nerves due to a trigger like over activity, sudden cold, different triggers it can be like a mixture of being tasered and or having a seizure but awake feeling the full pain of the muscle contractions. They give anti seizure medicine but from what I heard from other CMTers it doesn’t help much anyways to stop it or the pain. It probably put me in a higher level of pain tolerance. I told them ” groups” I accidently found that muscle relaxants stop it non opiate type works like Flexeril 5/10 mg. All over the world. Also a homeopath of copper to prevent them dure to it’s muscle relaxant properties but they understandably were focused on the Flexeril to stop the pain when it hits They were looking for help because the attacks are excruciating. Since then I haven’t seen any one searching for a answer but you don’t want it all the time just if it happens like angina or seizure and to try to avoid the triggers. A heating pad on hand will help what ever muscles it’s attacking I wonder if it would help stop seizures too instead of something like IM valium we gave that doesn’t always stop it right away like Flexeril can, just slow it down. Now they got a new form of it that causes more drowsiness. It’s a generic form of the good one but apparently that one is in the thousands. Luckily it’s something you don’t need to take too often less your still working and over exciting the nerves which I think causes more damage. But apparently the the other meds aren’t helping them too much to prevent the occasional pain attack that my case came at rest, like it held out until I could rest. Then after I got a handle on that something else came along to interfere with that lol
Dollar slowly fading
as are rates. Gold pops $3400, silver $39. Shares firming.
This might be a big day if we get through the GDP numbers without issue.
Goldie – OK
So, an ortho would probably try a radio frequency ablation first, where he goes in and burns the nerves around the facet joint. I’ve had that done a few times, it’s similar to getting epidurals in your back, maybe a little more painful. It may or may not help you. The nerves will grow back in 6-12 months, so you’d need it done again if it worked.
Everyone has medical advice, whether they’ve had the problem or not. I don’t know hips, other than my dad had his replaced in his late 70’s without issue. After four surgeries, I do know backs, the first being a fusion that destabilized the vertebrae above and I’ve never been the same. My recent surgery fused all my lumbar spine L1 down to S1. This time I used a neurosurgeon instead of an ortho, and I think he may have fixed the earlier mess. I won’t be sure for a couple more months. I was in constant pain, I’d get weakness in my thigh and have been numb below my knee. I had fallen a few times – it felt like my leg wasn’t there. For the first time in 7 years, I’ve been able to stand in one place and walk without nerve pain running through my hip.
The surgeon really makes a difference.

I know exactly what your talking about and noticed some knees pain. I know from weight training I did years ago on my own particularly for knowing instinctively to protect joints is to use muscle instead. So many nurses were going down with different injuries depending on the field including wound nurses was one of my different hats. It probably helped prolong my years in the field but now I know don’t do it or at least lighten up on the physical because depending on what your doing the injury’s and pain increases a lot with it if you don’t.
So I know locking in my knees although necessary or any joints is the wrong thing to do and will wear and tear and harm them next. The pain is getting worse though and should maybe take at least ibuprofen low dose. The doctor offered similar things as you as some also help with CMT pain too but I declined at this time. I might think about it cuz he pointed out it’s going to make me weaker and weaker as I’ll physically be able to do less and less without it. Less and less also more prone to injuries. I finding ways to work on strengthening the muscles around joints combined around the ones that don’t work anymore cuz of cmt don’t get the message so have to compensate with that too. I’m just glad I had really good balance at one time but I’m running out of compensations so I got to try to get some back if I can and that’s not gonna be over night.
Mr Copper, yes I understand but at the same time ‘ with pain’ don’t ignore it. It’s trying to tell you something if you don’t know what it is

I have severe lower lumbar DDD with facet arthropathy. I agree with you on fusion. He was referring to hip replacement and not sure what Ortho was going to do about the back, he didn’t know if anything could be done. In fact I was thinking maybe there’s some restructuring of something they could do with my hip instead of replacing it lol. I’m going to start taking supplements including SNG boron and his wife reminded me of supplements that helped to pain so I can avoid the alternatives. I’ve seen too many times where that leads as they slowly develope tolerance along with the body thinking it no longer needs to make its own pain management, they don’t understand and must be told amongst certain organ damage they take to much they’re gonna stop breathing and gonna die in their sleep. I did take a low dose ibuprofen 200 mg the other day cuz I sprained my foot cuz I bent my knee to get down some stairs that was compensating but only locking in so I could walk cuz CMT causes severe lower leg neuropathy so bad mixture. Only thing left in between is my knees lol
Silver in play
Silver moving up just shy of $39 this am with gold flat. The dollar and rates are flat as well. Oil down 1/2%. Crypto up 1-2%. SM flat.
I expect volume to continue to dry up today and tomorrow across all markets. We’ll see how pm shares handle the algo selling. Right now, they are firm.
Eco data is GDP today. Could shuffle things around a bit if they come in out of whack either side of the forecasts.
Hasn’t been a bad week considering it’s the end of the month, hopefully it stays that way.
Morning Goldie, Alex
Before you get back surgery, let me know what you’re having done. I would never recommend getting fused. At least never as the first option.
I would exhaust every other avenue first, they have less invasive ways to create space between your vertebrae than to fuse them, if that’s your problem.
Alex – thanks for that. I think I’ll try the raw chicken with my dog. His digestive system is a mess.
I am not an expert on animal care but have a friend who adopts abused canines.
and feeds only raw chicken to them . One required surgery . The lady vet had an issue with feeding raw chicken , until noticing the dog had healed in days , not weeks . Now the vet is a raw meat advocate .
I am told that when a pack makes a kill , the pack holds back until the lead dog/wolf gets to eat first , and invariably goes for organ meat…liver . I was dog-sitting last year while a good friend was hospitalized . I am in the habit of going to a local restaurant on Tuesdays when they have a liver and onions special . I asked the server to have the kitchen set aside about a quarter of my order raw and cut up for the dog. When I put a piece in the dog’s dish , she took it out an dropped it on the kitchen floor . After eating her usual kibbles , her inquisitiveness took over and tasted it tentatively . When she had finished , I dropped another piece in her dish and she virtually inhaled it . She is very intelligent and knew the little container was in the fridge , so every time I got near it , she would come running , begging for more raw beef liver . The owner still goes with kibbles , etc. but when I visit , the dog comes running to greet me , hoping for more of ‘the good stuff’ .

U just reminded me, my Mom used to make food for her cats, they all did pretty well.

A bad hip can mess up your back and knees from trying to avoid the hip pain. I was afraid I was going to lose my knees to arthritis as well as the hip. Since I got the hip replaced my knees have straightened out with ‘normal’ walking now and no longer pain me. My back has always been ‘iffy’ but I have learned to take care of it.
Get your hip done, ASAP! Some minor stretching muscles for preparation, but it is a major muscle insult. Recovery is three types of pain: Damaged bone, damaged nerves, and damaged muscles. I got celecoxib (Celebrex) for the bone pain. Gabapentin for the nerve pain. Those two were eased in about two weeks post-Op. Muscles got tylenol and icing packs for weeks. Major stretching bruising, and some muscle tearing that takes 10 weeks to fully mend with rehab work. But it is absolutely worth it!! My brother took a video of me just walking… he said he had not seen me walk straight like that in three or more years!
My ‘new’ leg is about 1 cm longer now… just enough to be annoying with a ‘step up’ feel and my hips are not level. I compensating by gluing another sole onto my everyday slippers here in Hawaii. Found some ‘Lift’ inserts for my shoes that are rarely worn here. Ortho doc was impressed with my homebrew slipper sole, and it works perfectly! I’ve walked a mile with it and no back pain.
@goldielocks
I had back pain often since I started working. Long story, I read a small book, Mind Over Back Pain, by Dr. Sarno, and my back never bothered me again, until we found out my wife had cancer.
We were rushing for an appointment with the surgeon. But before we left I picked something up and suddenly bad back pain. I told myself there is nothing structurally wrong with my back, so in pain I got to the car and by the time we got there, the pain was gone.

I might be next on the list. My doctor said one of my hips is severely messed up and needs surgery and my back very severe. He asked if I’m in pain. I told him well I try not to think about it. He looked back at the x-ray and results and turned around and said sternly your back is severe, now just how bad is the pain?! I told him well actually it can get pretty bad cuz I don’t take anything for it. That I’ll need surgery and asked him to hold off so I can get prepared. He told me not to wait too long he’s afraid I’m gonna get too weak and it’s not gonna do me any good.
