I just noticed the deadline for action regarding merger offer with PAAS is upon us. If I read everything correctly, one has to do nothing if one holds MAG and wants to participate in the merger and end up with PAAS shares; that one only has to act if one wants to opt out and receive cash for MAG shares. Do I have that right? Is there any downside to doing nothing and just letting it happen?

Have her practice with it and to not pointing at her but then release the safety if any and only then put her finger on the trigger to fire would take a quarter of second Men want bigger guns but they are heavy and awkward for woman to carry around and might not fit their hands right at a time seconds count. The second gun a more powerful longer distance one but still one they can handle and pull the trigger easily.. Tell her to go nowhere without one not even in the house especially if she’s alone. That includes the shower which would be a bad place to be without her robe hanging.obet the shower with a gun in the pocket or a table in reach concealed. She can carry a waist pack with Velcro not zippers no time and can get stuck to hold it too. A purse can get taken from her by surprise. Now they have her keys to her car and house, her ID and address and her gun. Not a good idea, even a cross body strap with purse in front of her can be taken before she could get to her gun before then. . Best for as many people as possible stay together if it all goes bad and not get picked off one by one. Other wise low key yes but your wife should also be armed and know how to use it.

I played the guitar in nature and certain music brought curiosity from many different animals like owles and fauns but this girl used her violin to create a chorus with a singing bird who could mimic her violin. I see you woke up early in your time zone too.
Your absolutely right about being aware of your surroundings all the time. I got in that habit when Id go running in the mountains and scan the area first and keep a distance from any human who appeared. I’ve sat over a three story hill looling down at two men following me wondering where I went annoyed their waisting my time and lucky a few rocks didn’t accidently fall on them. Sat on another hill watching a tall heavy set biker guy who couldn’t figure out how I got across the small river by jumping on a branch and to the other side. Back and forth he walked then picked up a dead tree stump smacked it to piece’s on a rock then made like the hulk with his arms yelling like a Sasquatch, I should of brought popcorn with me. I made the mistake once letting one of two who followed me home and a minor during that time but maybe not a mistake cuz they were ambushed and chased off with men putting them in their rifle sites. Many cases and that was then. But in the city you can’t just run off. I would suggest be aware enough not to keep going toward possible trouble or anyone suspicious , trying to keep a leg or two distance from someone passing in places not many are around and if someone’s trying to get in your car don’t get out keep the doors locked and get out of there. Still can’t outrun a gun though unfortunately. Actually now I can’t outrun anything with CMT lol
