Very interesting

Posted by Buygold @ 16:26 on July 21, 2025

This has turned out to be quite a fruitful day. Pretty sure no one saw this coming. The volume is on the lighter side but I suppose the volume can pick up as this rally progresses.

What I find very interesting is that there is more volume in Sprott’s fund PSLV than there is in SLV, and while the volume in SLV is below average, the volume in PSLV is heavy. I guess there are some smart players out there that know there’s no beef in SLV and want a fund that actually has the metal. Are they starting to take delivery in PSLV to cover the paper promises? Or do they just want to hold the phyzz?

So, I guess the battle lines are set at $3400 and $39, both looking to breach new highs.

The shares don’t have great volume either, but they sure have good price action. I think if the HUI busts through 440, it opens up a way to old highs.

Looks like the dollar might have failed to turn north and might just resume its downtrend. At least that’s what it looks like to me since it’s failed to sustain a move above the 50 dma.

It’s awful early in the week to get too bullish and silver is approaching a 70 RSI which always seems to mean a selloff. Gold isn’t too far behind with an RSI near 60. Nonetheless, I like to see them moving together. Gold has lagged silver since mid-May in a big way.

BTW, Bitcoin ended down. Maybe the Captain’s Bitcoin/GDX chart warrants a closer look.

Something to think about getting cash out for a event ‘ like war” especially with brokerage accounts investments. A global event they would have other things to worry about than what the insurance covers. They may not even be there. I could never get a straight answer about that cuz it didn’t occur to them but thanked me for bringing it up lol. I’m not sure they know either.

Captain Hook @ 13:12 re your “You can’t vote them out … because it’s one party”

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 14:35 on July 21, 2025

The republicans and democrats USED to be a one global party. Trump ran as a republican because third parties never win. But in reality Trump started a new party now known as a new republican party.

The last time I voted it was for Ross Perot 1992 because he wanted to take our country back. All the presidents after JFK were totally useless I was in manufacturing and they all  sold us out with enormous imports after 1969.

Trump has been ruining the global commies. By the way Senator Joe McCarthy was RIGHT in the 1950s regarding communists infiltrating our gov’t. Its all over for globalization, I’m happy about the future, you seem to be focused on the past.

People are very confused and delusional these days with all the pressures the psychos in charge are creating.

It’s good to know this has happened before and there are solutions.

The best one is to stop cooperating with these a**holes and get your immediate situation (locally) under control.

Stop empowering the commies in DC et al. (central planners)

It’s the only way to get your life back.

You can’t vote them out … because it’s one party … and they use Kabuki to fool, placate, and keep the public distracted.

@ Capt. Hook – China ATM video (10:53 am)

Posted by drb2 @ 12:45 on July 21, 2025

Thanks for posting that China video.

I watched it (at 1.75 speed) right after watching Ipso’s Australian video (bank has zero cash), which made the China more concerning.

While I have no doubt that this is the plan the Globalists have in mind for humanity, I think we need to be prudent in exposing their scheme.

I did a quick search on the China news – it does not appear to be true…. yet 🙂

Below is Copilot’s answer:

——————————————————————————————————————————————————

COPILOT’s reply >>>

There’s been a lot of buzz online about China allegedly shutting down ATMs and seizing cash, but the reality is more nuanced.

🇨🇳 What’s Actually Happening

  • China has been reducing the number of physical bank branches and ATMs due to the widespread adoption of mobile payments and digital banking.
  • The Digital Yuan is being rolled out gradually, especially in pilot programs for government and state-owned enterprise employees.
  • Some banks have daily withdrawal limits and require appointments for large cash withdrawals, which can make access to cash more difficult.

🚨 No Verified Reports of Nationwide Cash Seizures

  • Claims of “city-wide cash seizures” and “forced digital currency” appear in heavily edited or sensationalized videos online, but credible news sources do not confirm any government-mandated seizure of personal cash or a blanket ATM shutdown.

💥 Past Scandals

  • There was a Ponzi-like banking scandal in Henan province in 2022–2023, where deposits were frozen due to fraud at several rural banks. This led to protests and a loss of trust in some parts of the banking system, but it was not a nationwide policy.

So while China is definitely shifting toward a cashless society, the idea of sudden, sweeping cash seizures isn’t backed by reliable evidence. Want to dig into how the Digital Yuan works or how mobile payments have reshaped daily life there?

Captain Hook @ 11:57 re your Rule by the rich: Western governments are oligarchies

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 12:24 on July 21, 2025

I think that extremely long video is very old news. The global powers that controlled the USA, has pretty much ended. I believe there was a falling out among them and some of them broke away and joined and promoted Trump to create an independent USA like it USED to be before 1913.

The Fed Res Act of 1913, (USA losing independence and getting absorbed into a global commune-ity) in my view, ended with 9/11/01, confirmed in the 2008 financial crisis and confirmed again with Trump getting elected. Its OVER for global powers thats why they tried every dirty trick in the book to get rid of him.

Re long videos and stories, my wife used to say…..The bigger the explanation the bigger the lie. When a person knows something very well he can explain it briefly with a minimum of words, maybe try to find shorter videos next time?

The Global Club or global commune was abandoned by the USA due to natural negative causes (USA losing money) and Trump with his friends, decided to make the USA push the trend along, to prosperous again.

Rule by the rich: Western governments are oligarchies, not democracies

Posted by Captain Hook @ 11:57 on July 21, 2025

Western governments claim to be models of democracy, and demonize their geopolitical adversaries as “authoritarian”, but empirical evidence shows that the USA and European countries are oligarchies dominated by economic elites and large corporations. Billionaire Donald Trump is the perfect symbol of this, but he’s by no means the only one. Ben Norton explains.

As George Carlin said it best “It’s a big club – and you ain’t in it.”

“Effective Immediately”: Shipping Line Suspends EV Cargo Due To Lithium Battery Fire Concerns

U.S. shipping and navigation services company Matson surprised customers in recent days by announcing new policies that halt all electric vehicle shipments due to the fire risk posed by lithium-ion batteries. This comes after the Morning Midas—a RoRo carrier transporting EVs and hybrids—erupted in flames early last month in the Pacific and subsequently sank.

Shipping news website The Maritime Executive reports that Matson abruptly suspended the transport of EVs and plug-in hybrids, citing growing safety concerns over lithium-ion battery fires in a letter to clients. The new shipping policy took effect immediately and impacts trade routes across the U.S. mainland, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam.
