Mentally ill can be prone to be mentally manipulative and even controlling in that instead of helping them they want you to think like them.Not all do, some know what happened to them and on some cases a normal reaction to abnormal events and was caused by events and still have a grip on things. We have too many weak links now letting them get away with promoting insanity as normal. That’s part of the battle in therapy and finding out where it came from and now infiltrated in Government.
They used to call it antisocial personality disorder. So if facts and reality are not pushing back they’re manipulative behavior will try to take over. Maybe they should make those books a part of psychology classes on their manipulative anti social behavior patterns.
I got a laugh out of someone I know about that once. She told me out of the blue she’s thinking about getting a concealed carry license. She did Lyft part time. She picked up a patient from the hospital to transport him to another. Before he even got in the car he talked to someone there about how he could sexually assault her and other bodily harm. Then got in the car and told her oh you heard that? He knew she could hear it It already started before he got in the car. By the time she got him to his destinations she wanted to be armed from then on. Lol They should never release them unattended to a female driver. She said something about how once she could start talking within his bubble he was more friendly. That’s the manipulative side.
