Loading ...Housing, I found something else out. I was thinking on buying a couple rental property for the poor on housing assistance. Besides finding out the selection process isn’t monitored in that workers there can move people up over people a head of them. Cooked things going on there. I found out that anybody from anywhere can buy them. You will own nothing and be happy. Not so much. What can happen if you have a lousy owner that does the least for the property as far as basic needs, like heat, water, electric, and in places needing air conditioning. They can go after a local person easier than say someone in China. Someone just had a baby after getting help leaving their abuser and they had no heat kinda thing. They need to stop outsourcing that too.
