I don’t envy you chemo. I had a taste of it myself few years back instead of the knife he didn’t want to use. It may have been easier. They have to know what can help you and hope they keep you up on labs and results. Any diet should be specific macrobiotic diet. Boring but had worked. My daughter said he knows someone who beat stomach cancer with Ivermectin. She told a lot of people about it when I was talking about it during COVID which resulted in people making a bee like to me when they got it and I had to start buying more for me or my family if I needed it but they paid for it though and rest of advice free. No deaths though.
There is some treatments if I got your cancer right. You probably have good doctors I hope but some are just status quo. I had one for hyperthyroid after my good one left and was supposed to me monitored for cancer but after a year of meds cut down and down and it’s gone. Labs are normal. Mind over matter that time. Something else will try again I’m sure.

Frontline Therapy:The initial treatment for multiple myeloma is often a combination of medications, which can help induce remission. This may include immunomodulatory drugs, chemotherapy agents, and corticosteroids.
-
This immunotherapy involves modifying a patient’s own T cells to recognize and kill myeloma cells. It can be an effective treatment option, especially for patients who have relapsed or have myeloma that is resistant to other treatments.
-
Maintenance Therapy:After achieving remission with frontline therapy, patients may receive maintenance therapy with drugs like lenalidomide to help prolong remission.
-
Stem Cell Transplant:In some cases, autologous stem cell transplant, where a patient’s own stem cells are transplanted after undergoing high-dose chemotherapy, can be used to achieve a deep remission.

These drugs interfere with the process of how myeloma cells break down proteins, leading to their death.
-
Monoclonal Antibodies:These antibodies can be engineered to target specific proteins on myeloma cells, triggering the immune system to attack them.
