My14 taught me that you can go to any video on YT, look in lower left of video, push “more” and there’s a “Show transcript” button and you grab the transcript with copy paste (you might have to grab the transcript text body with several copy/pastes if video is longer and has lots of words), and go to ChatGTP and you ask her to summarize the entire text into a short paragraph summary and you paste the transcript. She performs the magic and spits this out.

That way I don’t have to watch the video, but I understand the content.
