There are no rare earth mines in Ukraine including the Russian controlled parts.

I have no idea what they are talking about. Neither do they. Maybe its uranium, lithium and graphite? Yeah, sure, they have deposits of rare earth but so does almost every country. A mineable deposit? Decades from proving that up.
