Loading ...1 minute knee jerk was a pop in the metals and shares, followed by a drop to negative – a 1% down for silver – but now silver is flat and gold is back up about $10. The shares have sort of trailed off and are approaching flat, with the metals bouncing to and fro.
Nothing like the massacres we’ve seen in the past.
Dollar is moving up, as are rates, (up 4.5 bips) which surprises me a little.
We’ll see if they sell us out of the gates or take a run at us later in the morning. The shares aren’t forecasting that, but never know.
