Loading ...In southern Calif trying to sell her father’s house in a nice area with costly homes it’s been on the market for 3 1/2 years now. That’s unbelievable for LA in areas with less population. Except for some areas your better off selling affordable working class homes. They’re saying those houses right on the coast next to the ocean, environmentalist will pressure weak politicians and will make sure that they can’t build there anymore. Plus the want everything all electric so no power no cooking and cold showers and no heat no charging cars. Not enough electric to go around as is. Less they get the weak incompetent politicians and clueless activists out and get rid of them. Where are they when they want to build wind mills all along the coastal waters that will rust and have to be replaced every so many years and can’t dispose of the materials it’s made from and kill the whales migration path. They had a nice ocean view restaurant there it’s gone too.
