Loading ...I can’t believe they lost that case. They didn’t even bring in question of slack in the hose. If the DOJ wants to blame anyone blame the schools and the parents. Maybe we need IQ test to determine what people can be based on IQ and don’t change the test that reflect it. A job requiring math skills that they can’t pass is not out there to keep blacks out, it just reflects a weakness or skills lacking blacks already have that need to be strengthen. How could they even lose to a BS case like that?
