Lol me too but went back and forth. Walked home after staying after school for cheerleading practice one day it was 50 below zero with wind shear. We had to wear dresses in those days. I got colder and colder on every step. Normally out there people would pick you up. Even a school bus from a elementary school stoped to pick me up once but no one one was out that day. Just me and the snow and ice and silence. Dead silent. During the age your still invincible it reminded me you weren’t and earth could easily absorb you and turn you into a snow ball.

Maddog–thanks, seems to be that way–the stock mkt’s back to “no downside/rosy scenario mode [incredible, eh?]

Anyway, all this is beginning to fade into the background. The state is still here. The nation is still here. The idea of republic is still here. Orbán represents a return to the reality principle, towards a world based on the realities of states and nations, rather than the fashions of the Davos set.
Bershidsky also writes:
Europe may be wise to finance the experiments of Orban and other nationalist governments, such as the one in Poland, just to see how their results hold up next to neighboring countries’ more orthodox policies. As long as the nationalists don’t engage in gross macroeconomic and fiscal mismanagement — and with Orban, that hasn’t been a danger — it’s useful to watch different models implemented rather than imagined by academics. Europe, with its diverse governments, provides a unique opportunity for policy competition and comparison. Orban’s experience is relevant to Trump’s U.S., too: Some of his methods might just work there if the Republicans get up the courage to try them.

A jets engine are only attached by a few bolts and are designed to shear off so to speak. Not only that it would the leave a mark at least the outer part of the wings should have broken off.
Here’s a only example of what would of happened in a direct hit but this was a brick wall.

A number of stalling blocks here for PM’s.

Gold is testing 1300, scum defend all 00’s like mad. 80 month Av is @1301. No major sell off since 1160 and 5 waves up…..Hui @ 200 day Av. SM put in weekly upside reversals, Christmas week,,,,,, Bonds did down side daily last Friday on futures, upside cash, and put in Weekly Hammer bottoms last week on 2’s, 5’s and 10’s

All points to a pause….

Mr Copper-Good point! The year is still young-let’s see what develops…

@Richey Re Cartel, Lets Think Positive, The Shorters Are Hobbled Now :)

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 15:12 on January 7, 2019

The cartel is somewhat boxed in. And the futures players have been spoiled and had many good years of shorting. It time for THEM to have a hard time. Eh? 🙂

All gold rallies are “hobbled”-[aka the rig/cartel]-that’s why it took 11 yrs to reach 1900…the current one is too.

Yep and no soft landing either lol
Sounds good where you live but what would happen to your house if you couldn’t pay your rent for say 6 months for some reason say hospitalization less you had someone you trust to legally pay your bills like power of attorney?
I saw on the news TSA for instance gov workers aren’t being paid but expected to work anyways. One manager isn’t honoring the IOU from gov shutdown of one woman and probably represents many people.
I don’t like the idea that they demand people to work anyways but don’t get paid and doubt they can get unemployment if they’re still working. How can they afford it if they have no money when living paycheck to paycheck!

If they demand they continue to work then they should be paid period! If their laid off during a down they should be able to get unemployment even if paying it back. They should also get interest accrued for delayed pay.
I’m for the shut down but the people need to be protected.

Roof climbing. I found using those really long industrial orange extension cords work good for a rope a couple of weeks ago when on a really slanted roof under a window trying to get to it when I shouldn’t be doing that anymore. I notice unlike a real rope you can’t slide around on it or it will tear up your hands less you move down hand to hand. They are smooth and you can.

Best if it goes up together.
Looks like overseas not so optimistic about their economy right now. Seems safe haven buying overseas until reaching here but seems to be enough there to keep it pushing up for now.

Looks like we’re going to need the SM to rollover

Posted by Buygold @ 11:34 on January 7, 2019

a little surprised the weaker USD isn’t helping

Maybe we just need a blip from the Chinese trade negotiations not going so well to crater the SM
