California Senator Richard Pan, the infamous fascist who forced a mandatory vaccination law through in order to rake in money from big pharma, has decided there should no longer be free speech for anyone other than the government. Pan’s new bill proposes to require “online fact checkers” to verify content before anything can be posted on the internet.

the shares look pretty strong. Would be nice if they confirm the move in the metals and started to lead.

They went quick so I’m wondering if JNUG might go a lot higher today.
Something Big Must Have Has Changed
Each and every position I have is up this morning. More evidence the Trump Effect is wearing off. Dow SnP stopped going up and fell, 10 year bond rates stopped climbing near 3% now 2.7%.
Gold getting back up near $1400 where it was until it was interrupted by Trump campaigning in the summer of 2016. Gold had bottomed in late ’15 at $1060, and it flew to almost $1400 in mid 2016. Then came Trump. Disrupted everything.
P.S.–if stocks open down and are met with a devil-may-care bravado rally to unchanged or even green…that
would be a whale of a sale IMHO-JMO-DYOD-get a permission note from Mom– etc etc

and a lot of gold letter writers were calling for 700-800-900 gold to “crush the last vestiges of bullishness” out of the diehard gold bugs…in December 2015, CDE started a move from $1.56 to $15 along with all the other PM stocks going up…
Watch the Gold / Silver Ratio today…
…if it can crack the 50-day MA gold will be $1400 quicker than the wind passes through a duck.

Twilight Zonish, or a magnificent “Currier & Ives” calendar shot? I just marvel at the skill of the photographer in setting up all those remote flash units in proper hidden angles. One minor error, though. He’s got a glint shining off the window on one coach. Hard to know that in advance unless you have a test train stopped there for the setup, though.
