I have never encountered such a difficult CAPTCHA solver and even my son could barely see the microscopic cars that were sticking out around the building corners. Either remove the CAPTCHA completely or use the simplified version in which all you have to do is check the box and you are verified. Why was this extra layer of security even added? We’re a gold discussion forum – not the Pentagon.
Additionally, despite checking “remember me” every time I log in, I am asked to re-enter my username and password each time I come back.
Also, a contact link to reach the administrators would be very helpful.
EDIT: I meant to say a “working” contact link would be very helpful because the one’s under ‘about us’ just direct me to the homepage of the website.
