i have a self built (not tiny) home, and can give you some ideas

Limits on deductions will be like a tax increase. Higher minimum wages are also like a tax increase. Because artificially low starter wages are like a tax cut for employers, but tax increase for tax payers, food stamps etc.

Sooner or later, the Fed WILL bash the Dollar Bulls (harder and faster) on the COMEX just like they all the time to us Gold/Silver bugs if the “free market” goes to far against their plan or liking.

There have been times when Gold went along with a Strong Dollar  ..If Trump strengthens the economy the currency will do the same !

That dosent mean its a negative for Gold . Its also a currency ,also store of value,protection from inflation ,all these can grow together !

The paper currency is where the risk is,it subject to the Shorters and the naked shorters without them theres no reason Gold cant grow along with the economy ! If Trump can control the Shorts ..the Dollar & Gold and economy can grow together.  Thats where growth is fiscal stimilus ,not paper financial stimilus like the Fed has done .Dont rely on the Fed ,stimulate the Fiscal side “Main ST” not Wall st .  Wall st will also gain from real corporate earnings ,but the Engine will be real growth not phony paper growth. ALL he needs to do  is enforce the existing LAws on Shorting and Naked shorting .!  Simply enforcement !  This is what the crooked Democrats fail to do ..Obamas crooked policy of NOT enforcing the LAW is where all the problems originate…ENFORCEMENT !  The Heart of CRONY CAPITALISM is LACK of enforcement for your Political Friends  ..That needs to Stop…!  WE dont need NEW LAWS !  The Attorney General needs to get BUSY !  Double his Staff ! Put some people with integrity in there !

If the democrats bitch about it,just remind them Democrats & Democratic Presidents passed the Laws  , get over it !

Very interesting video. He comes across (to me) as a very honest and open man who simply has NO CONSCIENCE!! He says he does not believe in God but it seems that money is his God that he uses to continue to destroy the world we live on and all that is on it. I found myself actually liking the man for his honesty and hating him for the intentional destruction he is creating.  He is definitely an ENIGMA!!

If the damn PM complex gets off the ground and I get my $$$$$$$$ back from the man, I’m building a fire-resistive tiny house somewhere up this road. I work from home and want to live off grid. Been thinking about it half of my life now…sheesh.

I have a couple collective pitch RC helicopters and want to buy a drone for my business next year. Drones are so easy to fly, you’d be blown away. I use the shots in photo-realistic renderings for architecture firms. I’m going to also use it to make 3D cloud scans of existing sites and buildings. It beats trying to model all the surrounding context manually.

This train is coming downhill out of the mountains behind. This is the most difficult part of being an engineer… keeping 10,000 tons of steel rolling downhill on rails under control. Your tools consist of dynamic locomotive drag, and tricky airbrake pressure settings. If a certain speed limit is exceeded, you are required to pull the emergency brake, which blows air pressure out of the entire train and sets the brakes on all the cars. If you are lucky, it is enough to bring the train to a stop… eventually. If the emergency brakes are overwhelmed, you have a runaway train, and your best bet is to jump for your life. If the emergency brake stops you, you must now try to re-pressurize the airbrake system, and in some cases a conductor must walk the length of the train and inspect all the air hoses for disconnects or leaks. In any case, you are stopped for hours, clogging the main line. Downhill mountain railroading… it’s all about pressure.

I boycott Pepsi anyways because of aborted fetal kidney tissue is used for a flavor enhancer and even snoops couldn’t get a straight answer from them  probably why it tastes bad too. Their excuse, they’re trying to find ways to cut down on sugar.( Flavor enhancer  are used to get people addicted and coming back, not for health.)
