These are not credit card charges,they are debits to checking acounts to people that formally made small donations by check …The Bank has to be aware ! Its Fraud !
UN suspends all convoys in Syria after attack on aid trucks
BEIRUT (AP) — The U.N. humanitarian aid agency suspended all convoys in Syria on Tuesday following deadly airstrikes on aid trucks the previous night that activists said killed at least 12 people, mostly truck drivers and Red Crescent workers.
The attack plunged Syria’s U.S.-Russia-brokered cease-fire further into doubt. The Syrian military, just hours earlier, had declared the week-long truce had failed. The United States said it was prepared to extend the truce deal and Russia – after blaming rebels for the violations – suggested it could still be salvaged.
It was not clear who was behind the attack late on Monday, which sent a red fireball into the sky in the dead of night over a rural area in Aleppo province. Both Syrian and Russian aircraft operate over the province, while the U.S.-led coalition targets the Islamic State group in other parts of the country.

It’s the Democratic Party making those charges on folk’s credit cards–not Wells Fargo’s fault. Wells Fargo refunds the charges if you call them, and this is not the first election Dems have done it. They’ve even charged their own volunteers. They specifically target people who make small donations, and then just keep charging them, cause such small charges are not investigated or noticed.
Wells Fargo adds that they never see such fraudulent charges from GOP.

You could buy the VIX, or calls on the VIX. If you really want to take some risk you could buy calls on UVXY or TVIX.
The problem is that even though these guys could raise rates, they are hell bent on keeping the SM moving up.
JMHO, of course, but these markets go up pretty much every day, no matter what happens.
