Power went out last night 9:30 pm    just came back on…….7:15 Pm had to cook breakfast on the propane cooker outside  !

Just finished cooking supper when it came back on…  good thing I kept that old cooker in the Garage !  The freezor held up barely …stuff still frozen barely ….I case you have a freezor and its mostly empty ..keep some water in plastic bottles in it ..the water acts as ICE and keeps the food frozen longer than an empty freezor …good to know !

BTW   Im 100 % long again bought some Lexam after hours ..just found out that while the Power was out I got my trade and made some money …..Yeah nothing like making money while your sleeping ….YEE HAAA

Report of acquisition of beneficial ownership of common shares of Rye Patch Gold Corp.

VANCOUVER, June 17, 2016 /CNW/ – Donald Smith Value Fund, L.P. (the “Fund”) reports that it has acquired deemed beneficial ownership and control of 45,500,000 common shares (“Common Shares”) of Rye Patch Gold Corp. (“Rye Patch”), representing 24.0% of the deemed outstanding Common Shares, through the private placement purchase from Rye Patch on June 16, 2016 of 45,500,000 subscription receipts (“Subscription Receipts”) at Cdn.$0.22 each for total consideration paid of Cdn.$10,010,000. Each Subscription Receipt will automatically convert into one Common Share upon the terms thereof following the satisfaction of certain escrow release conditions.

Through the Fund’s acquisition of the Subscription Receipts, it currently has deemed beneficial ownership of 45,500,000 Common Shares, representing 24.0% of the deemed outstanding Common Shares. The Fund did not beneficially own any securities of Rye Patch previously. After giving effect to the conversion of all Subscription Receipts issued by Rye Patch, and assuming no other issuances of Common Shares by Rye Patch or acquisition of Common Shares by the Fund, the Fund would have beneficial ownership of approximately 12.4% of the then issued and outstanding Common Shares.

The Fund has acquired the Subscription Receipts (and eventual underlying Common Shares) for investment purposes. The Fund may acquire additional Common Shares or dispose of Common Shares (through market or private transactions) from time to time.

BTW – I have some Oromex – ORAGF – not recommending, but after being on its’ deathbed it’s now up to $.05 and might be worth a roll of the dice for a gambler. Another one is Vantex – VANTF, which used to be a McEwen holding (don’t know if it still is) but at $.02 another roll of the dice.

Your living up to your name. They just mentioned a copper co this morning set in the ” future” to mine a lot of copper. Gonna be a big copper miner. Pros is on the border of China cons will China take it over at some point?

Its called Turquoise Hill. Think the. us symbol is TRQ but don’t quote me haven’t done any DD on it but looks like a good investment with possible risk of China so you would have to watch it if you buy it for a trust account for kids or grandkids. Like that one copper company China bough long time ago but can’t remember it’s name. It jumped up when takeover announced before delisting but it’s actual target was higher.

Really needs to do some DD of the Pros and Cons. I can’t see the Parliament giving out honest answers other than would benefit them. Is it their own mismanagement of the economy that they turned to the EU in the first place? Are they just pandering to the 1% at the expense of the people from city to city? What is their plans if they exit? Are the economically wise or just lawmakers voting the easiest path for them at the expemse of the people?

Are they going to have to retirement or sovereignty in their cities or see it threatened and see the same apathy to immigrants imposing their Sharia, Attacks,  and hate while they accuse anyone standing up against it ” in and absense of violence as haters and Bigots instead of the other way around by those who won’t assimilate? Are they going to try to equate anyone who votes to exit as siding with hate instead of saving Britton? Are they  saying gun control will “solve the problem” like people are stupid? Did they see that unarmed cop in France lying wounded on the streets have a terrorist walk up to him and point blank execute him while he had no means of protecting himself nor anyone around him forced to run. Are they in retreat?

Then their Brussels and are they a slave to a place that’s emploding on itself? What about the future not just the past before the influx of immigration. Not just the future of the EU which doesn’t look to good but their children and children’s children?

we’ve been seeing reduced shelf life in the more recent slapdowns.  i’m in favor.  let the reductions continue.

Pushing they stay in the EU saying staying in won’t affect us as far as the EU and looks like their own pocket books including immigration from foreign countries that are already over populating some neighborhoods where there’s more immigrants than citizens. Politics as usual. They play that same civil rights PC game like that’s what it’s about. In the next breath after denying it he says if they do it will keep inflation numbers down. Looks like they all have one thing in comon. Inflation numbers are a code word wages to them. Inflation numbers to them survival to the people. The server, truck driver, teacher, moved, construction worker, packers,  health care workers, factory if any left,  guard, on and on. Their views are very narrow and apparently like here dont get out there really talk to people other than pander for votes, They equate market going up to good economy not people moving away from Gov as Armstrong pointed out and increasing civil unrest.

Short interest on EWU a UK equities ETF is way up and  pound ETF is up although probably not heavily traded.  So speculators are positioning they stay in. If they don’t stay in that will be interesting especially for EWU.

Ororeef Germany just on a downward cycle with everything. The resale a on these electric cars aren’t so great because of the expense of the battery. Maybe those older VWs will have some collectors value.

It IS a lot of shares but on the other hand they will have a producing gold mine with very little extra investment or time required. Also, they have the regular payments from Coeur D Alene to help buttress their situation. Rye Patch is not my favorite these days but I’m hanging on to what I have.

Coeur d’ Alene Mining moving to Chicago,to change name.

After much speculation it has been confirmed that the large Coeur d’ Alene based, Coeur d’ Alene Mines Corp. will move it’s headquarters and all operations out of the city later this year. Coeur d’ Alene Mines, which has had it’s home offices in the North Idaho city since 1985 and a local history that goes back many years before 1985, will close up shop in Coeur d’ Alene in September 2013.

The company will relocate it’s headquarters to a yet to be named location in Chicago. Along with the companies move out of Coeur d’ Alene the company will change it’s name to Coeur Mining. The name change is expected to take place in mid-may following to companies annual meeting.

Question for ya regarding Rye Patch: I haven’t really followed this stock for some time. It appears that they made a good production purchase BUT: If I read it correctly they will be issuing about 250 million shares on top of the 140 mil already issued. Am I wrong?? If so 400 mil shares out is WAY too many for me for a penny stock! Your Thoughts will be appreciated.
