U don’t need to be Sherlock Holmes to call these mkts…I just looked at the 1 minute bars on the No’s tdy…Gold jumped 5.5 bucks at 8.30….the next 8 mins it was taken straight back dn, just like every time it jumps on a No….

It’s all so blatant…like the monster offers in GDX all day, as of now 26 bid at 13.60 … 420 offered at 13.61

is really at War with the workers …..I went through this 50 years ago with the Garment workers union, ILGWU  and it dosent EXIST anymore !

They tried to unionize our shop ,bribed the STATE LABOR BOARD to have an election and only one person went to vote of 150.employees.

Then the union wanted a secret meeting in the back office where they stated in NJ if the Boss signs up the workers are forced to join (NON right to work State) They then stated”all we are interested in are the DUES “..”you can CUT the piece work rates if you like” …We were so outraged at thier betrayel of the people they purported to represent ..we threw them OUT !…   This is clearly whats going to happen in FAST FOOD and AUTO …its a betrayal of the people they purport to help…..  THEY SELL THEM OUT…..Unions are MAFIA type HOODLUMS that will sell you out for money (DUES)>>..I never forgot MY experience with them…They them threatened to have the Electrical workers Union strike us until one of them GOT us…….I simply informed my large group of CUBAN employees who that union really was (communist run) aaaaand the NEXT DAY all union activity was GONE never to be seen or heard from again…

We are starting to see some serious deflation. The world either inflates or dies.

A weak SM and deflation will stop the Fed dead in its’ tracks and give them cover to do nothing. JMHO

Putin: Free Syrian Army shares intel on ISIS targets, US reluctant to cooperate

Russia has been cooperating with the Free Syrian Army (FSA), which shared their intelligence on Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) positions targeted by Russian airstrikes, said President Vladimir Putin in an interview on Friday.

In an interview with the Interfax and Anadolu news agencies published on Friday, Putin said Russia has been considering any “reliable” information on the terrorists’ location in Syria.

“We have even worked together with the Free Syrian Army (FSA),” he said. “Russian aviation has conducted several strikes on targets identified by the FSA. We excluded areas, which had been indicated by FSA commanders as being under their control.”

He stressed this “proves once again that we are not bombing the so-called moderate opposition or the civilian population.”

In New York trade on Thursday copper for delivery in December fell sharply after economic data out of China showed growth in fixed investment – a key driver of copper demand – at a 15-year low.

After a week of declines copper traded at a day low of $2.1585 per pound or around $4,760 a tonne on Thursday, down more than 2% from Wednesday’s close and the lowest since May 2009.

Copper traded below today’s level for seven months at the height of the global financial crisis on its way to a record above $4.40 a pound 18 months later. For a sustained period below $2.20 you have to go back a decade.

The red metal’s latest leg down comes after statistics from China, responsible for more than 45% of global copper demand, indicated a broad measure of credit growth in the economy – so-called total social financing or TSF – edged down to 11.8%, bringing credit expansion close to the all-time low of hit in June.

I’ve got some real dogs …

I fear NO rally will be “allowed”…tdy is more of the same, twice Au has sniffed 1080 and twice it was smacked right back dn.

Oil has been clubbed another near 2 %, which makes it 8 days dn, Ag is now going for 12 days dn, the Dollar has been bid etc, etc. So far the SM is not responding, but no doubt that will be rammed higher for the close.

The only “good news” for PM’s is that they are sold out, witness makeing new Lo’s in Gold triggered no stops ystdy…..the ONLY seller is the Scum and their friends. That said they are sitting on GDX with massive offers and have been all day so far.

Folks we are looking at total mkt control……what we need is an SM meltdown, that might overwhelm them and at the least start some serious questions being asked as to why the mkts were so vulnerable, because 99 % of the population have no idea of how unstable the mkts are.

These dog shares have had fleas for at least 4 years, I just think it’s time for them to get a flea collar.

We’ll see, SM looks ugly, we could be doing a lot worse but the whole pm sector just looks washed out. JMHO

Royalty Co’s to Form Syndicate

The world’s largest royalty and streaming groups are clubbing together to form a syndicate, promising some of the sector’s largest ever deals to date, Global Mining Observer reports.

The syndicate includes gold royalty group Franco-Nevada and silver streaming giant Silver Wheaton, but also looks set to include a variety of money managers, from pension funds to private equity, according to high level sources involved.

Orion Mine Finance, formerly part of copper trader Red Kite, and private equity firm Blackstone, one of the world’s largest asset managers, are both angling to be included. Caisse de depot, the Quebec-based pension fund, is also “trying to piggyback” on deals negotiated by royalty groups, according to one chief executive, who has previously landed financing from the fund.

Glencore’s Collahuasi copper mine in Chile, which has a thumping 68-year mine-life, is meanwhile the first mine in the syndicate’s sights, promising a big-ticket deal for Glencore, as companies jostle for a share of the agreement.

Glencore is also in talks to sell a stream, equivalent to a bulk forward sale, over “non-core” gold and silver byproduct from its Antapaccay copper mine in Peru, Global Mining Observer reported in early September, citing sources on both sides of the process.

Retail Sales Miss Across The Board – 2nd Weakest Year-Over-Year Gain Since Financial Crisis

Amid the carnage in Macy’s, Nordstrom, and JCPenney, one could be forgiven for expecting a weak retail sales print and sure enough… Following a 0.1% dip in September, ‘control group’ retail sales rose just 0.2% (half the expected 0.4% rise). Furthermore, having fallen 0.3% MoM last month, retail sales ex-autos rose just 0.2% (again missing the expected 0.4% gain). October saw retail sales declines in Motor sales, Electronics, Food and Beverage, Gasoline Sales, and General Merchandise. Most notable is the drop in year-over-year gains (and downward revisions) to a rise of just 1.7% – the 2nd weakest since the financial crisis.

Not really helping pm’s but definitely bonds rallying a bit

Deflation appears to be the order of the day.

A lot of eco data this am. I suspect they’ll really have to cheat to make the retail sales look good. I don’t doubt they’ll try…
